The Cat (Part 1)

"Are you… lost, too?"

(Scene: Midnight. A Deserted Temple looms under the moonlight. YOU step inside, the floorboards creaking beneath your steps.)

You: Mia? You here?

(Silence. Then—a faint, eerie meow echoes from the shadows. You freeze.)

You: What the—

(A battered ROBOT CAT limps into view, its dented body jerking with each step. One eye flickers as its tail drags behind, sparking.)

You: Are you… lost, too?

(The cat meows softly and turns, its movements stiff and jerky. It limps toward the temple’s exit, pausing to glance back as if checking that you’re following.)

You: Wait, you want me to follow you?

(You hesitate for a moment, then follow the limping figure into the night.)
