A worried woman with glasses stares at her social media page on a laptop screen. She's wearing a blue shirt against a bright yellow comic-style background.
"Why don't you follow me?"

Everybody wants more followers on social media, but here’s the truth:

Why should anyone “follow” you?

To be followed, you need to lead. If you’re not a leader, people will move on. That’s just reality.

So, you have two choices: either step up, become a leader, and play the game of attracting followers—or don’t play it at all.

Let’s face it, not everyone is meant to be a leader. The world doesn’t need millions of leaders, right? So what can you do instead?

Be Something Else.

Stop worrying about not having followers and focus on mastering another role.

You could be a product creator, a problem solver, or something unique. Find a role that fits you, commit to it, and aim to be the best at it.

Leadership isn’t the only path to success. So, what will you choose to be?
