Happy Graduation: How to Survive Life After High School?

You: I love this place. It’s... calming.

Jane: Yeah. Real calming.

You: What’s up?

Jane: Everything’s so dumb.

You: You’re telling me.

Jane: None of them are happy. And yet, they keep telling us about our futures like they have a clue.

You: So, what about you? What’s next after graduation?

Jane (shrugs): I don’t know. Maybe I’ll get married, get divorced, and start the cycle over.

You: You don’t mean that, Jane.

Jane (smirking): Or maybe I’ll start a cult.

You: Nothing feels right.

Jane: Yeah. Ever since high school, nothing’s felt right.

You: What’s wrong with us?

Jane: What’s wrong with everyone?
