You (in Cantonese):

Yo, D! It’s me. Bet you heard what went down here in Hong Kong City. Yeah, that Psycho Gundam, huh? It trashed my school—Totally wiped it off the map!


One minute, I’m trying to catch some sleep in class. Next thing I know—BOOM! School’s history.


Not gonna lie, part of me’s glad. No more boring teachers or lame assignments. But... it’s not all fun and games, man.


A lot of people got killed. The news is saying 55 dead, but c'mon, we both know that’s bullshit. They’re covering it up like always.


(You pause, looking out at the wrecked skyline, the faint hum of sirens in the background.)
